Flower Pot Card

Here's a card we created in club back in April. I was inspired by Stephanie Luman's card and used her tutorial with a slight modification. Since the card is 3 1/2" x 9", you are left with a piece of cardstock that is 2" x 8 1/2" after cutting for two cards. I just cut that piece in half and used it as the insert part of my card. My neutral piece of cardstock is 1 3/4" x 4". I thought the size worked well, plus I was able to use the piece that was left after cutting the two flower pot cards. The insert would make a great bookmark for the recipient. This project is a great way to use up some scraps of Designer Series Paper. :)

Stamp Set--Oval All
Ink--Kiwi Kiss
Paper--Close to Cocoa, Kiwi Kiss and Natural Ivory Cardstock; Candy Lane and Bella Rose Designer Series Paper
Accessories--Punches (Scallop Border, 5 Petal Flower, Oval, Scallop Oval, 1/16th" Circle), Hemp Twine, Very Vanilla 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensionals
